My mother in law has been telling me to come here for a few years now. I decided last minute that for my wedding I actually did want to get a pedicure and I had a certificate for it. My fiance booked the appointment on thursday around 2pm the time he asked for was not available, we called back about 2 minutes after and asked if there was anything in the evening and was told 630! So he booked it. (Booked for September 5 @ 630) we live in Cranston so this is quite the commute, I arrived at 6:20 and the studio was closed despite signage stating its open until 7pm... i had also called earlier that morning asking if they had a tome available in the evening for a new set (for my mom) was told they were fully booked. So I call the number and ask why no one is here and the lady tries to tell me that the appointment was for the day before at 430 and that I no showed. She kept trying to make excuse to say I was the one who missed the appointment and did not even address the fast the studio hours are until 7pm yet they closed everything an hour early so no one could even walk in. I have never experienced this at a nail salon before. Will probably just give my mother in law the certificate cause this was just ridiculous and a complete waste of my time.
